PAGCOR Exclusion Program

PAGCOR oversees a program that allows individuals to exclude themselves from gambling at all PAGCOR-operated and regulated establishments.

You can access the necessary forms and procedures through this link: https://pagcor.ph/regulatory/exclusion2.php. There are two types of exclusion programs available:

1. Self-Exclusion

• You can request an exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years. Once the chosen period ends, the exclusion will be automatically lifted;
• The six-month exclusion period cannot be reversed;
• Extensions of at least six (6) months may be granted;

2. Family Exclusion

• A spouse, child over 18 years old, or parent can request exclusion on behalf of a family member;
• The applicant can choose an exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or 3 years. After the period ends, the family exclusion will be automatically lifted unless reapplied.
